All customers agree that the terms and conditions of this purchase are subjected to change at any time. Due to the resorts allowing the terms to change at anytime we must put our customers under the same clause.
All payments are final and non-refundable transactions no exceptions. All calls are audio recorded with voice authentication software. All customers must provide a copy of driver license or government issued id at the time of purchase to insure fraud prevention. This signed agreement captures all customers IP: Address device location date and time of the signed contract. A copy of your audio recoded purchase, ID and signed contract will be kept on file to prevent and combat fraud and any unlawful chargeback. Any customer who wishes to cancel for any reason can sell or give the reservation away to anyone over the age of 21. All refunds are at the discretion of www.vrpvacay.com. Any customer who is requesting a refund must call our customer service number at 888-973-8716 then press option 2 or send email to reservations@vrpvacay.com. All customers will receive a 5/4 nights All-Inclusive vacation with 4/3 bonus trip hotel stay only. Taffer Resorts and WestGate Resorts offered for this promotion. All dates are subjected to availability and require a 30-45 day advanced notice to book dates.

Note that certain third parties may be able to identify you across sites and services using the information they process; however, any such processing not done at the direction of www.vrpvacay.com is outside the scope of this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy does not apply to Personal Data collected in the employment context or for other HR purposes, all of which is covered by our HR Privacy Notice.
REFUND POLICY
All payments are non-refundable transactions. Any approved refund will be to the discretion www.vrpvacay.com no exceptions. If you are requesting a refund for any reason you must contract our company directly. Any customer who disputes the transaction in attempt to receive a refund will be automatically denied. All documents and audio recordings will be provided to customers bank and challenged as non refundable with no exceptions. Any customer who disputes the transaction for any reason will be placed in collections for the full amount and fines included per our dispute fee terms below.
Problem Customer Clause
Any customer who Engages in abusive or threatening behavior towards employees or any representative of the company / Resort for any reason will be subjected to travel to select resorts only. Any current reservation request will be cancelled immediately for breaching this clause no exceptions.
Package Extension
All customers are allowed to extended package for $25 per year to insure they never lose the package.
Resort Fees: All customer are responsible to pay any resort fees associated with finalizing the booking. This may include resort taxes, booking fees, government taxes.
All INCLUESIVE PACKAGE:
customer will receive the room, unlimited food, alcohol and non alcoholic drinks, activities, amenities and non motor water sports. Not included motorized water sports, Spa treatments, excursions.
NON INCLUSIVE PACKAGE
Non inclusive resorts provide room only. Nothing else!
Reservation Request
All reservation requests are subjected to availability . The resort has the right to deny any reservation request for any reason. In the event your request is not confirmed the customers is subjected to choose a separate resort or separate dates. All reservation request require at least 30-45 days advance notice to book a reservation. All reservation request take 48 hours for our department to receive the request. This 48 hours is not included in the 30-45 day advance notice.
Airfare link
Customers will receive the airfare link only after the reservation request has been submitted. The link can provide up to 60% off with no guaranteed amount. We ask that no customer purchase airfare unless the reservation has been confirmed and the check in voucher has been received. We ask that all customers add travel insurance to the purchase of airfare to prevent them being unable to make changes to airfare once purchased.
Check In Voucher
Resorts will not provide check in voucher until 30 days prior to travel dates. The front desk will not be able to see any customers reservation until the check in voucher has been received. All customers are responsible for resort taxes no exceptions.
Reschedule Reservation
Any customer may reschedule the reservation after choosing dates one time free of charge before the resort has sent check in voucher. Once the resort has sent check in voucher the reservation can be changed for a small fee. Depending on the resort of choice the fee can be different.
